The Ocean Club Public Safety Department is dedicated to supporting a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and visitors throughout the community.

Located at the base of Club Tower Two, the Public Safety Administration Office oversees access control at community entrances and provides services throughout The Ocean Club property. Our team works around the clock to support the community while providing professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests.

Resident Services

In addition to community access and patrol services, the Public Safety Department
assists residents with a variety of access-related needs, including:
  • Resident lockout assistance
  • FOBs and access devices
  • Vehicle transponders
  • Access device maintenance
  • Coordination of member and guest cards with the Accounting Office

Full Public Safety services are provided to buildings managed under OCCA, while select services are available to buildings managed by other property management companies.
