Fitness


The Fitness Center is equipped with premium exercise equipment, including strength training equipment, treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, and rowers.

Personal Training - Our certified fitness specialists bring a world of fitness knowledge and guidance to assist Members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals. They offer comprehensive fitness evaluations and challenging programs customized to meet specific needs.

Group Fitness - For Members who prefer a bit of company during their workouts, an array of group classes designed to suit your fitness style are available. Our class schedule offering includes the following:

  • Spinning
  • Yoga
  • Body Blast
  • Aqua
  • Core Dynamics
  • Zumba
Key Rules & Regulations:
  • Athletic closed-toe shoes and appropriate athletic apparel are required at all times.
  • Adult supervision is required for members 13 to 18 years in order to use the gym.

A wide range of group fitness classes are available to assist members with meeting their fitness goals. Schedules change depending on the season and demand for a specific class so be sure to check back often. Classes may also have to be cancelled from time to time if member participation is too low. Please contact the Spa Manager if there is a class that you would like to see offered.
 

Spinning Regulations

  • Space is limited to 11 participants. The Spa encourages participants to reserve a bicycle to ensure a space in the class.
  • Members may reserve a bicycle in advance on or after the Friday before the class.
  • Members may reserve a bicycle for up to two guests no earlier than 24 hours prior to a class.
  • Upon the occasion of a full class, the member or guest will be placed on a waitlist and will be called, if possible, if any cancellations are made.
  • Cancellations must be received no later than ONE hour prior to the class. Five minutes after the class’ scheduled commencement, any open bicycles will be made available to those waiting. Any no shows or late cancellations will result in a full charge for the class

Personal Training is available seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. by appointment only. Members may select from one hour or half hour sessions. Our certified professionals design workout programs that are custom-built to fit your specific goals. Programs include weight loss, body building, strength training, sports specific training, aqua training, stretching, private kickboxing, dance aerobics, spinning, anad rehabilitative exercise.
