to the date you purchased or leased:
* For members who purchased or leased before July 2007, please do the following:
User Name: "occa" + member number+ relationship code
0 for a primary member and 1 for spouse
(Primary Member ex: occa4040)
(Spouse ex: occa4041)
Password: 'first initial' + 'full last name'
(ex. jdoe)
** For members who purchased or leased between July 2007, and June 2009
please do the following:
User Name: "occa" + 0 + member number
Password: 'first initial' + 'full last name'
(ex. jdoe)
*** For members who purchased or leased after June 2009, please do the following:
User Name: "occa" + 00000 + member number
Password: 'first initial' + 'full last name'
(ex. jdoe)
(All lower case letters with no space between your first initial and last name.)
Enter this information into the "Member Quick Login" area and it will take you to a screen that will allow you to change your given password to a personalized password of your choice.
